Lethaby building & the spiral stairs

The Lethaby building for Central School of Art and Design was built in 1908 and Central Saint Martins has been being in the building since the two schools, The Central School and Saint Martins merged in 1989. CSM is moving to new site in Kings Cross in two years and this is time to celebrate the history and memories of the building. My personal memories of CSM are mainly on the spiral staircases that link our studio on the top floor to the main entrance. As a graphic design student, I found many interesting graphical features around staircases, so I produced a work that could keep the features as well as having beautiful spiral structure to play with.
